Earlier this month, City of Lies -- a film about the investigation of The Notorious B.I.G.'s unsolved murder -- was shelved, having been abruptly pulled from theatrical release. The movie was originally scheduled to debut in theaters on September 7, exactly 22 years after Tupac Shakur's Las Vegas shooting.
